Anxiety Management Routine: A Three Week Course
Learn a full 7 day routine for managing anxiety using exercise, yoga and other proven techniques
In this FREE course we will learn at a relaxing pace, step by step until we have built the entire routine. Doing each day’s assignments over the three week period will help instill the habit of doing your routine each day. At the end of each week you will be able to complete a full section of the final routine.
In the third week you will use everything you’ve learned to perform the completed 7 day Anxiety Management Routine, and from that point on you will be able to use that 7 day routine every week if you’d like.
You could also choose to save it for a particularly stressful/high anxiety week or just pick and choose your favorite parts of the routine and do them as needed. You can use the things you learn however you want.
There will be three categories
- Anxiety Reduction Techniques
Week One will cover Exercise
Each day you will learn two exercises that help relieve anxiety, and you will be taught how to properly perform them. On Day 7 you’ll be able to perform the full workout section of the routine.
Week Two will cover Yoga and Anxiety Reduction Techniques
Each day you will a new technique that is proven to reduce anxiety. You will then learn 2-3 poses that help relieve anxiety, and will be taught how to properly perform them. On day 7 you’ll be able to perform the full yoga section of the routine and will have 7 helpful techniques to go along with your yoga practice.
Week Three is where it all comes together
Each day you will start with one of the techniques you learned in week two. You’ll then move on to your daily yoga practice, and then to the workout routine from week one. You can use your completed Anxiety Management Routine however you like. Whether you’d like to do it every week or save it for one of those high anxiety times in your life… however you want to use it, the knowledge is now yours.
